Lecture: Theoretical sessions will provide a strong foundation covering: • Principles of surgical planning. • Patient evaluation, case selection, and preoperative preparation. • Overview of augmentation methods – fat grafting, implants, and hybrid approaches. • Techniques of breast reduction and reshaping. • Choosing the right implant: sizes, profiles, and placement methods. • Postoperative protocols, garment usage, and scar management. 3. Live Demonstration of Cases Participants will observe real patients undergoing a variety of breast procedures, including: • Breast Reduction Surgery – step-by-step marking, incision, tissue removal, reshaping, and closure. • Breast Augmentation with Implants – selection, placement techniques, and pocket creation. • Fat Grafting – harvesting, processing, and grafting for volume and contour enhancement. • Mixed/Hybrid Methods – combining implants with fat grafting for optimal results. 4. Follow-Up Care Training will emphasize the importance of proper postoperative management, including: • Drain management and suture care. • Compression garments and scar minimization strategies. • Guidelines for resuming physical activities. • Long-term follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and safety. 5. Complications and Management A crucial part of the course, participants will learn how to identify, prevent, and manage complications such as: • Hematoma, seroma, and wound healing issues. • Infection and implant-related concerns. • Asymmetry, contour irregularities, or capsular contracture. • Revision planning and corrective procedures. • Effective patient communication and medico-legal considerations.
